*- These are all family based classes for ages 7 years old, and up in the same class.
** - Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program is taught by Ronny Lis, a 2nd degree black belt in BJJ
*** - Cage Fitness is a stand-alone program and not part of any other Taekwondo or Jiu Jitsu Program.

 Attire: Full uniform Monday through Friday. Saturday’s students may wear their ATA t-shirts and black ATA pants if they would like.  

BRING ALL EQUIPMENT (weapons, boards, sparring gear, etc.) TO EVERY CLASS!
